UPDATE: Maebull has been found and is home! Original post: Still #missing! 2 #EnglishBulldogs #stolen from separate homes in #Columbus #OH! PLZ RT! AND RT! AND RT!

October 28, 2011:

I wish I had more details for you but I don’t. Several posts on Facebook are reporting that Maebull has been found and is home and the a-holes who stole her have been arrested. If I learn more about where Maebull has been, I will be sure to let you all know!

From Kissbeep:

If you’ve been following me these past few days, then you know about Queenifer and Maebull, two English Bulldogs from Columbus, Ohio, stolen from their homes. They did NOT live together- they are from separate homes in Columbus. Queenifer was stolen out of her own back yard on August 27th. Maebull was stolen from her home during broad daylight on Saturday, October 22nd by two people in black ski masks.

What is going on in Columbus, Ohio? Are these two cases related? Their owners are exchanging information today to see what they can learn from each other.

Queenifer has a large scar on her belly from the last of 11 surgeries she’s had to be spayed! So she cannot breed, whether the thieves knew that ahead of time is not known. But she just started to have seizures right before her abduction.

Maebull was in her new home for only two short weeks before she was abducted by a man and woman in ski masks. Neighbors saw them in a white car without plates. They called police right away but the thieves had already disappeared. Since then, there has been word that someone posted an ad on Cincinnati Craigslist for sale of what might be Maebull. As soon as word got out about this on Facebook, the link wouldn’t work and instead you’d be connected to a message that read “deleted by Author.”

But the bottom line is that these two dogs are missing. Their homes are quiet. Their dog bowls are empty. And when their humans come home from work at the end of the day, neither dog is there to greet them. Can you imagine this loss and not knowing where your dog might be? Are they safe? Are they hungry? Are they hurt? Are they being taken care of? Are they happy?

So if you’ve helped spread the word about these two missing dogs, THANK YOU! But they still aren’t home. How many of you are on Facebook or Twitter at least once a day? What if you shared this story once a day until they were brought home? It’s just a quick click of a button- I’ve put all of the information together, you just need to ReTweet on Twitter, share on Facebook, or copy and paste to send in an email. And you get the satisfaction of knowing that you are doing something to help in their safe return.

Below is information that was posted on Facebook about these two adorable dogs. Keep an eye out. Watch ads in the papers and online. Pay attention to neighbors with new dogs. It’s likely that someone may adopt one of these dogs, not knowing they were stolen for profit. Just a thought.

Queenifer Lopez, Columbus, Ohio, Stolen August 27, 2011

Queenifer stolen from Columbus Ohio

Female, Spayed

Description: Queenifer is short and fat. She looks like a small pig and sounds like one too. She drawls a lot of attention with her silly look, and laziness. She is the type to watch others play, then to participate with the group. She resembles a tiger with her orange color with black brindle markings. She is very loving and is sometimes mistaken as a Pitt Bull, but she is not. She is an English Bulldog like in the cartoon Tom & Jerry. She is the same breed as Spike the dog. She has a scar on her belly from her last of 11 surgeries from being spayed. She had just started having seizures right before she was taken, and if not attended to with a vet, can lead to death.
Location: She disappeared around 11pm on Aug. 27th while in our backyard within 10min.
Date: August 27, 2011Comments: Please still keep an eye out for our missing baby, Queenie? We believe she was taken and could be anywhere? She is not chipped, but has a scar on her belly from being fixed/spayed. We believe soon the people who have her will get ride of her once they learn she is un-breedable? So please watch for her running loose! If you see her, grab her, she is a gentle giant. Or if you can lead us to where she is, thanks to an English Bulldog Rescue Group, they are offering a reward of $500.00 for her safe rescue. Our family and friends are offering another $500.00. You can also stay anonymous!! So please help keep an eye out, we miss her so deeply…:) Thank you to everyone who has done everything to help me and my kids in our search, Bless you all…:) ~For more pictures search:”Queenifer Lopez” on Facebook!740-466-6244
REWARD! $1000.00

Maebull, Columbus, Ohio, stolen October 22, 2011
“My husband and I are reaching out to you. Last evening at 6 PM, …still
daylight, a Caucasian male and female with black ski masks, driving a white
four door car with no license plate broke into our home specifically to
steal our English bulldog puppy “Maebull”. They broke in 10 minutes after we
left and had to be watching us.
We live on Bryden road in Old Town East
downtown Columbus. The cops responded but were too late. A police report has
been filed and unfortunately there is not a lot of evidence to catch these
people. Our neighbor witnessed the people leaving with our puppy and laptop
and he called 911.We are newlyweds and have only had Maebull for 2 weeks. In
this short time she has been the love of our lives and part of our family.
We are broken. We need your help to get our story to the Columbus people.
Maebull is 3 months old, 18lbs, fawn color with a black patch over her right
eye. We are giving a reward of $1000 for her return home. We are running out
of options to find her. We would appreciate your help getting Maebull home.
Attached are pictures and we would be happy to be interviewed. Please call
us with any information or questionsThank you for your time,
Brandon and Tiffany Ross”
