A Dubuque man is facing a misdemeanor charge after he was accused of tossing his dog off an 11-foot-high retaining wall. A neighbor reported seeing Matthew Duve grab the Weimaraner by the collar and throw her off the wall onto a sidewalk below. A vet says the dog had minor injuries.
